Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Time Frame: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items returned after this period may incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted. 
  • Final Sale Items: Certain products, such as Glazing Supplies/Tools, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for returned items. Instead, store credit will be provided for future purchases.

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@besingular.us. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Code along with instructions for the return process.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Store Credit:

As part of our policy, only store credit will be issued for returned items. This credit can be used for future purchases at our store.
